We are excited to announce our new truck has gone live! Introducing: Denver Street Tacos, a new taco-centric truck member of our food truck family, which made its debut in April 2022. We love to see our family of trucks grow and can’t wait to tell you more about our latest addition. Let’s taco ‘bout it!

Although we also serve tacos on our Barbeque truck, The Colorado Pig Rig, we realized that wasn’t enough for us. These awesome BBQ tacos inspired us to go even further with the taco concept, as we found we had so much more creativity to tap into in the world of tacos. And thus, Denver Street Tacos was born!

Denver Street Tacos is bringing you tacos with flavors from around the world. If you want to get your hands on a street taco that is a little different from what you’d normally have, you’ll love this truck. As Denver has grown more diverse over the years, we want to celebrate that by incorporating many fun and new flavors into our food.

Check out the Pesto Portobello for an Italian twist! This guy features sauteed portobello mushrooms, pesto slaw, balsamic reduction, and cotija cheese.

Are you more in the mood for Korean food? Try the Korean Beef Bulgogi. With beef bulgogi, spicy kimchi slaw, red pepper aioli, green onion, and toasted sesame seeds, it’s sure to satisfy your cravings. 

We all love jalapeno poppers. Why not take the concept as an inspiration for a taco? Our Jalapeno Popper Chicken Taco comes with smoked pulled chicken, bacon, hatch green chiles, pickled jalapenos and carrots, chipotle raspberry cream cheese, and toasted panko. You’ve never had tacos like these before!

At Food Truck Avenue, we love to cook delicious food with a twist. Mac ‘n Noodles, for example, serves up some pretty excellent gourmet mac ‘n cheese, such as Milan Mac and Carnitas Mac.
