To get your first choice of culinary concepts, 4–8 weeks is ideal. However, because we manage such a large network, we can often pull off “mission impossible” rush bookings on short notice when other caterers say no.

Absolutely. We want every guest to have a great meal. We offer dedicated Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free options across our entire culinary network to ensure everyone is taken care of.

Every booking includes on-site cooking, professional staff, high-quality disposable plates and utensils, and a managed service window. You just provide the guests; we provide the kitchen.

We typically need 40–50 feet of level parking to operate safely. Most of our rigs are fully self-contained (power and water), so we can set up almost anywhere, though we can plug into your venue’s power if preferred.

Yes. We ensure every truck in our network carries current Cañon health permits and full liability/auto insurance. While we guarantee our trucks meet all regulatory standards for operation, clients are responsible for any site-specific event permits required by the venue or city for the gathering itself.

We frequently serve at Cañon parks, breweries, and private venues. We can advise you on the typical requirements for these spaces; however, the client is responsible for coordinating with the parks department or venue management to secure the necessary approvals and permits for the event date.
