Under HB 1625 (effective July 1, 2017), Virginia has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Virginia jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Providence Forge, health is overseen by Chickahominy Health District and fire by Providence Forge's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Virginia recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with New Kent County.
