Under HB2371 (effective August 3, 2018), Arizona has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Arizona jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Douglas, health is overseen by Cochise County Environmental Health Services Division and fire by Douglas' fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Arizona recognizes statewide.
