Under HB 1625 (effective July 1, 2017), Virginia has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Virginia jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Springfield, health is overseen by Fairfax Health District and fire by Springfield's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Virginia recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Fairfax County.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
