Under HB25-1295 (effective January 1, 2026), Colorado has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Colorado jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Mountain Village, health is overseen by San Miguel County Department of Public Health and fire by Mountain Village's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Colorado recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the Town of Mountain Village.
