Under CS/HB1193 (effective July 1, 2020), Florida has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Florida jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Fort Lauderdale, health is licensed by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants and fire permitting is set locally by Fort Lauderdale's fire authority.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
