College View Food Truck Requirements

Under HB25-1295 (effective January 1, 2026), Colorado has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Colorado jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In College View, health is overseen by Denver Department of Public Health and Environment and fire by Denver Fire Department — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Colorado recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City and County of Denver.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
