Under HB2371 (effective August 3, 2018), Arizona has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Arizona jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Scottsdale, health is overseen by Maricopa County Environmental Services Department and fire by Scottsdale's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Arizona recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Scottsdale.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
