Under HB25-1295 (effective January 1, 2026), Colorado has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Colorado jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Plumbs, health is overseen by Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment and fire by Plumbs' fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Colorado recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the Town of Erie.
