Under HB25-1295 (effective January 1, 2026), Colorado has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Colorado jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Aspen Creek, health is overseen by Broomfield Public Health and Environment and fire by Aspen Creek's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Colorado recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City and County of Broomfield.
