Aldine Food Truck Requirements

Under HB 2844 (effective July 1, 2026), Texas has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Texas jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Aldine, health is overseen by Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and fire by Aldine's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Texas recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Aldine.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
