Under CS/HB1193 (effective July 1, 2020), Florida has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Florida jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Winter Garden, health is licensed by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants and fire permitting is set locally by Winter Garden Fire Rescue Department / Office of the Fire Marshal.
