Under CS/HB1193 (effective July 1, 2020), Florida has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Florida jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Union Park, health is licensed by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants and fire permitting is set locally by Union Park's fire authority.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Orange County.
