Under CS/HB1193 (effective July 1, 2020), Florida has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Florida jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Coral Gables, health is licensed by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants and fire permitting is set locally by Coral Gables' fire authority.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Coral Gables.
