Alkire Estates Food Truck Requirements

Under HB25-1295 (effective January 1, 2026), Colorado has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Colorado jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Alkire Estates, health is overseen by Jefferson County Public Health and fire by Alkire Estates' fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Colorado recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Arvada.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
