  • 2 Large Beefsteak Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Mango
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 2 Habanero Peppers
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
Tomatillo Avocado Salsa
  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 1-28oz can Green Tomatillos
  • 2oz Lime Juice
  • Black Pepper to Taste
  • Sea Salt to Taste

Instructions

Mango Habanero Pico

Step 1: Dice Vegetables
  • Mince Habaneros
  • Dice Mango (1/4in)
  • Dice Onions (1/4in)
  • Dice Tomato (1/4in)
  • Mince Cilantro
Step 2: Combine in Bowl
  • Combine vegetables and mango in a bowl and spritz with lime juice
Step 3: Season to Taste
  • Grind sea salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: Enjoy!
  • You’ve done it! Lather it on your tacos!

Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

Step 1: Mis en Place
  • Drain liquid from tomatillios
  • Peel avocado and add to tomatills
  • Add 2oz lime juice
Step 2: Mix
  • Either by hand or with a blender mix bowl until smooth
Step 3: Season to Taste
  • Grind sea salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: Enjoy!
